At Staying the Course Incorporated, our mission is to strengthen communities by meeting basic needs, creating second chances, and fostering inclusion for all. We address hot food insecurity through our Pay What You Can Family Events, providing nourishing meals in a welcoming environment where families can gather with dignity and without financial burden.

We support individuals who are formerly incarcerated through workforce development, job readiness training, mentorship, and employment pathways that help reduce recidivism and build long-term stability.

We also partner with diverse communities, including the autism and special needs community, to create inclusive, sensory-friendly spaces where every person feels seen, supported, and valued.

Through service, opportunity, and compassion, we work to remove barriers and create stronger futures.
